West Sussex Extension & Refurbishment

A new build extension and refurbishment to a family dwelling in a conservation area.

The design included a linked extension comprising kitchen, pantry, living and dining spaces with large corner glazed windows connecting the internal spaces with the beautiful planted garden. The refurbishment included new fenestration and timber boarding to the existing building as well a re-configured access and hall arrangement.

The extension acknowledges its setting and remains subservient to the host building with roof lighting and dual aspect windows to an enclosed hard landscaped rear courtyard.

The high levels of natural daylighting plays a significant role throughout the day.
