Listed Building Apartment, Hove

Refurbishment and internal reconfiguration of Apartment within Listed Building in Hove. Completed 2019.

The brief was focused around the removal of unsightly, incongruous and modern additions within the apartment to deliver an extremely high quality and sensitive design to ensure that the proposals show-off the original features and proportions within. All proposals were commissioned with the highest regard for the listed building and have been considered, in every case, as an enhancement to the layout.

Through a series of detailed studies and interrogation into the heritage of the building, it was possible to ensure that much of the layout reflects its historic arrangement and setting.
