Dune House : February 2021

Work into the new year continues on the Dune House.

Stunning sea views are starting to be framed at second floor level with connections south, east and west.

The north and south coastal gardens are linked through the spine of the building and formwork for these articulated spaces has also appeared. These multi-layered spaces will provide different levels on each side of the house with natural planting beds and shingle mounds.

A recessed eastern first floor terrace provides a space for outdoor family living and dining with direct stair access to the south garden and in turn the beach.
