Dune House : December 2020

With demolition a distant memory, the Dune House is now well underway.

Another beach house from the practice portfolio, there’s considerable excitement from all involved.

The use of an innovative blockwork system reduces construction time on site and the familiarity of consultant team and contractor from a previous award-winning beach house build has proved that continuity of team approach and delivery is key to successful projects.

The weather offers it’s own challenges in such an exposed location but with one eye on completion mid-year, work continues apace.
